Just paid to unlock the itens for my daughter, but they remain all locked!! What should I do??

If you want a make up game then take this but, they only do a lot of Stuff on the face a then nothing

When I tried to play it shut down or the picture would be really close up and all I could see was her skin.

Dont even bother! This game is evill!!!!! When I tried to put on the make up it froze then it kept asking if I wanted to buy more make up!!!!! Total waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
